Over the past year, over 44,000 individuals lost their lives due to firearm-related incidents in the United States. This tragic toll is equivalent to the population of a small city being wiped out, underscoring the ease with which firearms can be acquired. The impact of America's pervasive gun ownership extends beyond our borders, as these firearms don't remain confined within the US. Over the course of nearly a year, we embarked on a journey following the path of the 'Iron Pipeline'—a conduit through which weapons flow from the US into Latin America.
